turf tracer bagging problem

I own a exmark turf tracer about 700-800 hours on it. The problem i'm having is the mower starts to clog with maybe 4" of grass in bag. Mower doesn't seem to be pushing grass into bag. Meaning its not blowing it to opposite side of bag from deck discharge. I just had coils replaced. Any ideas? Happening on completely dry grass.

If it's a mesh bag I would recommend cleaning the walls of the bag to allow better air flow and checking that your blades are installed correctly
