I have a turf power rider with a Briggs... When I try to start it u get a winding noise like a bad starter. Took the cover off and noticed teeth are kind of worn.. I think that the starter is gone.. Is there Any way to start the mower with out the starter. Just got the machine and want to make sure it starts and runs before spending money on a new starter... Any suggestions
