Troybilt 2 cycle Weed eater help

I have a Troybilt 2 cycle weed eater. This will be the 3rd season. I have had no problems up to this year with it. Over the winter, I replaced the fuel and air filters, spark plugs and fuel lines. Now I have a problem.

The weedeater cranks and runs normally for 10 minutes or so. Then I lose all power and it wants to quit. I can keep it running by feathering the throttle, but I have little to no power to the head.

Any ideas,

you didn't reverse the fuel lines by mistake did you. runs tills fuel gets low and then runs out of fuel.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think I switched the lines buy I may have. Definitely will double check that.

DITO - that sums up my problems almost exactly. I am adding that it will run like a top with the choke closed or with the lower shaft removed. Runs slightly better with no line on the head. Idle is fine and it is easy to start. I don't want to redirect your post. I am justing chiming in with same problem and hope to hear a solution to fix from someone. Thanks

My Troybilt weed wacker will not idle. I have rebuild the carb. changed the fuel filter and have turned the idle screw all the way in and out and it does not change anything.
