Troy Bilt Mustang 50” blades won’t engage

Hi folks.
My ride on has 320 hours on it and the PTO stopped engaging. There is no audible Click/Clunk at all. I’ve replaced the solenoid, PTO switch and PTO Clutch. The battery is reading 12.7. What else could be causing this please?

Have you checked the voltage at the pto clutch.

I have not. I probably need to buy multimeter
