Troy Bilt 14bv809h063 (2000) idler spring hook location

I was cutting grass and the belts stopped moving. Looked down and saw the pulley and spring out the left side. I’m not sure if the bolt it hooks to broke off.

Can someone share pictures of where it hooks?

This is a Troy Bilt (2000) 46 inch 22

I downloaded the manual from Troy Bilt but the diagram does not seem to show this bar, pulley or spring.
