The transmission relief valve lever on my Simplicity lawn tractor is not releasing the transmission to allow me to push the tractor. It won't start and I need to push it onto the trailer. I have replaced the fuel filter, air filter and spark plugs. The battery is strong I would appreciate any comments on either the starting issue or the relief valve issue.
