I have a Poulan Pro riding mower model PO18542ST that doesn't go into forward or reverse I replace the drive belt and it is tight, key in wheel is in place. This unit does not seem to have a free wheel control. This happen after setting for the winter. Any help would be appreciated?
There should be a lever in front if the right rear tire on the side of the transmission next to a small disk. That is the parking brake, Make sure the lever moves freely and not stuck in the on position. Mower won't move if brake is stuck.
