I am looking for a rebuild transmission pump for a Simplicity CFC 16 in the Southeaster Wisconsin area. Any suggestions where to look?

ebay or craigslist your area, left hand part # 1700690sm, right hand part # 1710426sm. You can also remove transmission & take to reputable shop for rebuild. Make some calls first.
