forward or reverse doesn't work on the 2 pump!
oil means ok
What should I watch?

The pumps are in bypass mode. move the levers on the pump forward to reengage the pump

I have to do a lot of miles to repear,
To be shure:
the levers are the red and the "36" on pictures ?
actual position is up, block in the hole and the translation doesnt works
I don't have owner's manual or TM
I just find this picture on the web,

Yes 36 is the dump valve , this puts the pump in bypass . I don't understand OM and TM

So, If the lever is up, the pump is in the bypass mode? like the red arow in the picture.
I don't see a lever's lock in down position. is it normal?
