I am new to this and I am replacing my head gasket on my Tecumseh. It's an H30-35387T. The manual says 200 inch pounds. Converted tho Ft. pounds its 16.6. My torque wrench only goes 1/2 pounds at a time. Should I go 16.5 or 17 or does it really matter that much? Thanks

When dealing with numbers that small... really does not matter.
16.5 is just fine.
