Ive been working on my Toro ZTR. I was able to fix my last problem. Now when I turn the ignition switch to start it just clicks. I can feel it in the solenoid. I can put the key in the run position & jump te solenoid & it starts right up & runs good with or without the PTO engaged. Is my ignition switch bad?
Not necessarily, you need to troubleshoot with a multi meter tool using a wiring diagram. Post your model number along with all numbers from engine. Wiring diagram should be in your owners manual. You can purchase a multi meter tool at sears etc. at a fairly inexpensive price with instructions inside, search online for best price.
