Toro Zero Turn NOT STARTING! Please help.

I have a Toro Timecutter with a Kohler 21 engine.

When I turn the key, literally nothing happens. Brand new battery. Solenoid works fine (made an arc with a screwdriver). What type of wiring issue could I have? How could I test them? Yes, I have the mower in start position with everything neutralized.

First step is to check the fuse.
Instruction are in your owners manual.
Extra copies are available from Toro for free as is the service manual.

Double check that the PTO switch is down, parking brake is on and levers are fully out...maybe "exercise" them each a few times in case a switch is sticking. On some mowers you need to be in the seat too. It's not uncommon for people to forget a part of the start procedure during the off season.

Also don't assume that a brand new battery is fully charged/operational. Charge it to be sure.

When you made the arc with a screwdriver, did the engine crank?

.

Doesn't sound like it did anything other than arc to me.
