I was gifted a Toro Timemaster from my neighbor. He said it runs great but when he "tried" to replace the belts, he lost a few bolts for the pulleys and he doesn't know what else. He says the engines fine. So given that info, what do you guys think it would cost to fix a mower with, hopefully, just a few missing parts? Is it worth it?

Nor do we know what all is missing but if it is minor things so it should be worth it.
Post the units model and serial numbers and we get you a parts breakdown. Then you can figure out what parts are missing. From there you can decide which route to go.

maybe a photo of the box of parts you have too if that is how he handed it to you.
