turn the key and it would just click. NOW after doing the following:
New battery, changed the slenoid. also disconnected the brake actuator and bypassed it.

the above video demonstrates what happens. it trys to start but just turns. I have check the plugs. they are sparking

i would remove the air filter, and pour about 1 tablespoon, or spray some starting fluid into the intake, and try to start it and see if it will at least go bang...
it almost sounds like it was spinning too fast.

Listening to the engine I can not hear they cyclic variations as the cylinders come onto compression.
Try Scrubbies idea but a TEASPOON is more than enough .
If there is no bangs then pull the spark plugs out & check for spark
If there is a spark then pull the rocker covers off and check the valves are moving .

You guys and your starting fluid are going to blow the head right off an engine one of these days. Gum out carb cleaner won't hurt your engine.

I've never blown an engine with starting fluid, all it takes is a quick burst if you know what you're doing. Plus i use the valvoline SF that contains a upper cylinder lubricant. I use Parts cleaner and SF interchangeably,
