toro roller 1260

[Golf Mechanic Nut]

Hi everyone im new to this site and looking for some people with some experince with a toro 1260 roller for golf course greens. Im the mechanic here at Running Y Ranch Resort and slowly learning about all the new equipment.

My issue im having is the unit is jerking to a hault when slowing down almost tipping the machine over. Iv looked through the owners manual and it dont say anything about my issue.
