My 4 year old 22" Toro Recycler starts on one pull when cold and will run all day... or until I need to shut down to refuel. Once down it just will not start until is cools. Had it in for a tune up and it didn't help. Repair guy wants to rebuild the engine at a silly cost but I get the impression that he is not sure why this problem exists as his first attempt failed, $90 later. The thing runs smoothly and starts with only one slow pull when cold. No weird noises, just a nice running machine, until shutdown. It is frustrating to wait so long to restart though.
