My lawn has far to many different kinds of grass in it and I can never get it right. How do I kill of some grass and keep what I want. Or do I have to start from scratch?

I do not think you can selectivity kill grass. This will all depend on how bad it is. If there are just patches dig them up and plant a uniform grass seed. You will only need to start over if it is far to mixed.
