Timing belt John Deere LT 155

Does anyone know where I could get an aftermarket timing belt. John Deere wants over $70 for a new belt. My mower has a 42 inch mulching deck. Thanks!

Your mower uses a wrapped kevlar fibre mower belt and funny enough they are not cheap.
Look here http://outdoorpowerinfo.com/ you might find a less expensive replacement.
