I have a tiller in my shop that needs a newer motor put on it, ie: restored and/or upgraded. I think I have a good B&S motor for it, but one thing I do not have is the drive belt routing. I figured out it takes two drive belts, with one (I believe) being for reverse. The labels are faded away, and even the manufacturers paint is gone. The only thing I can get for information on it is on the model/serial plate.
The numbers are: FS42-9084.
It came to me with a Briggs & Stratton 5 HP motor on it. Being a cheap old man, I would like to fix this up and get it going again. Can anyone help with information on this tiller?
