Is your Echo equipment holding up? And what used mowers did you have?

My handhelds are fine....i started with a snapper rear engine rider...then a sabre tractor (john deere) ...then a cub cadet z force....mowers that aren't meant for my applications

You know running hillsides ,ditches uneven terrain running all day 3 to 4 days a week ...but the z force is the 2007 model wit a stamped deck with the kohler on it

i dont know how you can wear out a lawn tractor when people put atv tires on them, and lock the back transaxle and drop them into mud puddles almost stock and they still are fine.

The snapper rer will do good and handle the hill but it needs to be set up just like new or you will eat up the clutch disk fast. And the decks bend easy.

The junk Deere well it's just junk.

The cub cadet z force I would think would do good even with a stamped deck.

The thing is when you use the cheaper mowers you have to stay on top of things. Only takes a few mins to shoot some grease on a few spots.

I have a cheap mower a cub cadet ltx 1040
70 to 100 yards a week. Gone threw 4 sets of blades 1 deck belt. 5 oil changes. And just did new deck spindles because I hit things.

Have not had to adjust valves. Tires and drive belts are good. Runs and cuts like the day I bought it.

I work it hard but I take care of it.

If you want something you can beat the he ll out of and not keep up with maintenance then it really does not matter what you get.

If you are using used mowers you need to have more than one. Always have a back up.
Two of everything

If you go with a Toro Z-Master 2000 or 3000 series you won't be disappointed. If you want something to compare those too(but I warn you, you may end up buying one) take a look at the Gravely Pro Turn 100 XDZ or the 200 XDZ commercial series. If your pockets are a little deeper don't pass up looking at the Hustler Super Z's or Scags.
