Would love to know if anyone has a preferred seed supplier and mix for central Indiana. I live in fishers and like everyone in this area built a house with a production home builder where they removed all the top soil and but the basement clay on top. We have sod in the front yard and have fought hard to get a lawn in place in the backyard over the last 2 years. I have been using scotts full sun as well as a bluegrass mix to seed the yard. However over the last 2 weeks I have had major insect damage (According to my lawn care company that I dont fully trust). I have treated, but unfortunately lost some decent patches. When I go to reseed this fall I would love to make sure i am putting down the right kind of seed and high quality seed. Any tips are appreciated!
