I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on one of these two mowers from a dealer on ebay. I'd like to use the local dealer but they are firm on MSRP and buying online will save me around 700 bucks. I'll likely bundle them up with some handheld lawncare tools and sell those to save a bit more money.
m-ZT-61 with leaf blower, string trimmer, and hedge trimmer for lets say 6000 delivered to my door
or
p-zt-54 with leaf blower and string trimmer for 6900 delivered to my door.
I'll be using this mower for just my residential lot - around 2 acres of mowing. I really like the Kawasaki engine options so would go that route rather than the Briggs endurance engines. Any reason I should reconsider the Endurance engines?
Anyway, ive looked at other mowers and come back to the Husqvarnas. While I know that resale wont be the best I just feel like they are one of the best bang for the buck options out there for a prosumer/entry level commercial units. My other favorite is the gravely pro turns but for a 60 inch deck dealers here are at 6600. That's what the p-zt costs and its got the kawasaki FX engine and 3400 tranny, both of which would be upgrades over the Gravely.
Anyway, just looking for anything that I've totally overlooked and (hopefully) some confirmation of my choice.
