My new mower(model #20384) from Nov. 2013 was in the shop last week for a few things. Mainly a screeching noise when it shutoff. It was un ugly sound only when shutting off. Ran smooth when mowing. Dealer called me several hours later and said fixed. Here, the brake pad was glazed on the flywheel. Mechanic sanded the pad a little and wa la. Shuts off now without noise. They replaced the battery box and adjusted the personal pace gismo on the handlebar. Cleaned it up. Looks new. Dam, it pays to buy from a dealer and have a warranty. Just sharing a good experience.
