got a bolands 38 in cut with a13hp pushed it up on a trailer now cant get it of wheels are locked breaks are released doesnt seem to have a lever to put the trans in nutrel can rock it just cant rool it
Going to need some more information. Can you post the model number from under seat. If not then does it have a R-N-F control either on the fender on between your legs, and another control that says 1 through 6 or 7 and a single pedal on the left or two pedals on the right side with one above the other. . Or just the slide type speed control on the fender or a rocker type pedal for direction control with a single pedal on the left.
I am suspecting that you released the parking brake but didn't release at the transmission. May need to look around in front of the axle for a small disc brake and move the next to it to see if it releases.
