Got a 3pt.7ft. sickle mower. Does anybody know how long a cylinder travel I need to go from 90 degrees up to 45 degrees below centre. Want
to be able to cut ditch banks.

I am not an engineer or anything but I think the cylinder length is something you will have to determine on the machine, you are talking 135 +- degrees of movement and it depends on the attachment points on the bar and mount. I'm not sure if you will be able to get a cylinder that will be able to move the bar that much with out binding up.
