I have a Stilhl Trimmer FS-38 that runs very slow, I installed a new carb kit No Change The adjusting screws on the carb do not seem to make much difference in engine speed. Any Ideas. Thanks

Does the trimmer have a spark arrestor screen in the muffler. It may be clogged, which prevents exhaust from getting out, and effects engine speed. If it does remove the screen and clean, then replace, or just throw it away.
