This hedge trimmer will stall when turned side ways, replaced carb and fuel lines. Bringing it back parallel to the ground if i'm lucky it will continue to cut. Thanks in advance for any help.

Pop off the starter top and take a peek. Look closely at the kill wires/circuit, see what it looks like.
On the ipl I only see 1 kill wire, I don't know it grounds to the block.
But one of the terminals may be loose and shorting things out when turned on its side.

Sign of crankcase sealing problems. Either you got a loose intake or cylinder to crankcase vacuum leak or the crankshaft seals are leaking.
Fish there are two wires according to the IPL which makes sense since it has a switch mounted in a plastic handle.

Where is the other one?
I see the one numbered #27.

I see, it only shows 1 in the pic, and in the list it shows a quantity of 2.
Thanks to all of you for your help, The weighted fuel filter was the problem, it had came loose inside the tank. it is now running in any position.

Yeah, I was never a fan of the "seal leaking when on its side" theory

No, but it does happens as I have repaired several chainsaws with bad crankshaft seals and Echo hedger where the intake manifold just loose enough to loose its seal.
