Stihl FS56 RC Carburetor Adjustment Assistance

I have a Stihl FS56 RC trimmer. The unit starts up fine but will not idle when the throttle is let off, it dies pretty quickly. I am not clear on how to adjust the carb. in order to correct this. Assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Carburetor: all-position diaphragm carburetor with integral fuel pump.



Settings
High speed screw H (basic setting)
– without limiter cap for servicing dealers:
1 1/2 turns open

– with limiter cap for users:
3/4 turn counterclockwise (max. to stop)

Low speed screw L (Standard setting): 3/4 turn counterclockwise

Idle speed screw LA: As required, cutting tool must not turn
