New here so please forgive me if this has been covered, I couldn't find anything when I searched for "oiler" or "Oiler leak".
When i open my saw case all of the bar oil has leaked or syphened out of my MS310 and is in the bottom of the saw case. I looked on youtube and saw a guy that used a compressed air can and blew in the olier hole causeing oil to come out of the lid. I'm at work now so cant try that right now, but not real sure that is the cause as like I stated over time the resivor will be bone dry. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Don't replace anything or blow the crap out of anything.... Find out where the leak is.......

Here is a pic of the bottom of the saw. The little hole accesses the oiler adjust.

Here is a pic of the bottom with the wrap handle removed, that is the oil line from the tank, going up to the pump.

Your leak is likely here...

To access the pump, the sprocket and clutch must be removed........

In process of replacing oil line from resivor to pump, however I notice that oil appears to be seeping out of the bar oiler weep hole. I assume it is syphoning up and out. Going to replace line anyway but guessing pump maybe shot? Any other ideas or think I'm on right track?
