Hello, I have a 031 av that i have replaced a lot of parts on and went to crank it over and i cant because the start assembly jams up. I replace the start assembly and when i pull the rope it will consistently jam up and only come out about 2 inches. It locks up to the point where it feels like the rope is going to snap. Sometimes if i give it a few short pulls in a jerking motion it will release and the rope will come out fully but it feels like it is skipping or jumping teeth or something inside. Any ideas?
