steering lever

my zero turn badboys right steering handle is stuck to the right , seems to have been forced or hit and is now past its normal range . it will not budge tried to free but no luck, decided not to force it back tio its normal position. Any ideas as what could have happened

Did you buy it this way, or was it yours and now has this issue? The other side is a mirror image so whatever is jacked up should be apparent, I think.

Not just corroded in place?
