I have a Hustler Super Z with the Honda GX670 24HP motor. I replaced the solenoid because it would click even with a new battery and if you tapped on it a few times it would start. Put the new one on and went to reconnect the battery and the starter spins with the key off. There is only one way it goes on, the ground has to go one the low post because of the plastic cover over it. Im at a loss any ideas?
I've hooked it up both ways. Thought maybe the new solenoid was stuck open. Put the old one back on and it's doing it with the old one too. I'm out of ideas to try
