Starter pawl

Good morning (for me),
This is a strange request that I hope one of you good folk can help with.
I'm in UK and have a Ferris HWK36 with the Kawasaki FV400V engine.
The starter recoil mechanism seized and the problem was one of the 3 starter pawls and springs had broken/gone.
I haven't been able to locate them apart from the US. They are only cheap items (approx. $10.00), but delivery etc. is as high as $50.00 +!
Would someone be prepared to post them to me if I get them delivered to them first please.
I don't generally mind delivery charges, but for an item less than 1" square I think that's a liberty.

Our governments has made international shipments a royal pain to do. Sky high shipping rates, Tariffs, Exchange rates, and Customs all make it nearly impossible for a small business or individual to conduct both personal and business exchanges outside their home country. And right now the Jackass and his crew in the USA is causing all kinds of problems on top our normal problems.

And these costs are on top what was in place before. It cost one of my customers in Australia several years ago an arm and leg for a NOS Homelite part as shipping was 10x the price of part. Now that would be at least 20x.

Our Governments just don't care how interconnected the world is. Our factories just can't produce everything on demand and then have sitting idle for the next order where one factory can keep operating supplying parts all over the world as there is enough demand. This is like us having to buy a tool that we once every ten years. So we are all screwed when it comes to repairs now.

Btw, The shipping is why my distributors hasn't gotten any orders from me this year as eBay, Amazon, Temu is beating them on overall costs. Both of my main distributors will ship free if I order $250 or more in parts but not whole goods but on order under $30 they hit me with additional handling charges.
