Had some rust and manganese sulfate stains on concrete and stucco I needed to get rid of. Hydrogen Peroxide worked on some of them including clothes washed with the teeshirt I was wearing. However by combining 5% vinegar and 3% Hydrogen peroxide in a sprayer 1-1 makes an acid you don't want on you or to breathe, but it gets rid of the stains instantly, then rinse. GSA has an article on it. Their only recommendation is do not use it on dark or brown bricks because it may lighten them.
