I recieved a welcome letter from admin. It was suggested to upload pictures of my mowers. I took a snapshot with my camera but I dont know if this upload it to the site has worked.
I am new to repairing lawnmowers and I figure its better late then never to learn. Thanks.
The craftsman I have stored in a shed for almost 20 years. was only used one season before I got the toro used for 75 bucks. The toro has always leaked a bit of oil.
The thing I have noticed about the toro last year was that it doesnt seem to have the power like it used to. It also doesnt like the heat.
I am wondering if it has seen its better days and if it is worth putting any money into it. Its over 20 years old and it smokes a bit on start up.
The craftsman is just very dirty. I hardly used it much. Should I just buy a new carburator for the craftsman?

Welcome. Pictures worked fine.
First things first. Sure pull the carb and see what it looks like in there. Could be just a good soaking might work.
Then proceed to the next steps if you feels it's worth it.
Good luck....
