Hi I have an earthway. Evn. Spreader and I need help on the settings. It has been passed down to me from my father and he had written. 14 on the side for Scotts fertilizer. But early in the spring I tried that and it just didn't seem good enough

I put 10 pounds per 1000 sq ft you kinda have to play with it but you will find the setting you want

How does that transfer to the settings though. Mine is like 1-34 I think

Measure out 2000 sqft of your lawn walking speed and hole openings will need to be adjusted get a 20 pound bag of fert and see how much you put down you can walk really slow on 2 or super fast on 30 its up to you to adjust the settings.

We cannot give you a number as we do not know how fast you walk the size of the granuals or how much you want to put down.
