So many mower blades options, what is best for me?

I just purchased a used 72 in hustler super z. I mow about 4 acres of mainly old pasture,(now my yard.). A lot of fescue and brumuda and the occasional clover. The blades on the mower are pretty worn, it used to be a commercial mower. I was looking to get a new set and there are so may options and styles I don't know really what I need. It's all pretty level and little to no rocks and I don't let it grow up on me. Thanks in advance for any input.

Do you mulch, bag, or discharge?

I guess I just discharge, I bungee up the shoot and let it blow out and away.
