What do you do with your snow blower to be sure that it will work right in the winter? I had left the gas it in one summer and when I started it the carb was all gummed up. I think it was the old gas in it. What do you do with your snow blower at the end of winter?

Mine has a gas shut-off on it. I add Stabil to the gas, run the engine for 10-15 mins, then shut the gas off and let it die. Then, I drain the gas tank and use it in my mower. That way I have freash gas in the snowblower and in my gas cans.

indypower has the best proven procedure... don't let it set with fuel in the carb or tank, always try to use the freshest fuel mix. KennyV
