Hello, I have a dys 4500. I am looking to purchase a used snow thrower/blower attachment and I am having a hell of a time finding one the matches the number under my hood 24838. Just about everyone I find is 1 or so numbers off. I’m pretty sure it has something to due with brackets. I tried YouTube but no such luck so I came here looking to see if anyone has any info.
If my brain is still working properly I believe the number you now need is 486.24838. Here are the manual. I’m pretty sure your number superseded to this number.
I’ve been looking for weeks if not months and all I can find are 486.248374’s, 486.248372. I wasn’t sure if I could get the brackets or what not to make one of these work.
