Snow King drive wheel replacement

Last year my snow blower only had 1 speed forward ( so fast I had to almost run behind it and no reverse. I took it apart and discovered the drive wheel was worn down to nothing...long story short I am in process of replacing the drive wheel and both belts...fingers crossed.
