snapper sr1433 won't go continuously

Hello,

Our 1433 won't travel continuously. It goes for a while and then slows to a stop. If we push it a bit, it will travel again...until next time.

Can you help please?

There is a friction disc underneath the engine that could be worn. That is where I would start also check the foot brake cable to make sure it is releasing all the way out and not holding the machine back from moving.
