Snapper snowblower

Hello
I have a Snapper snowblower and they need new belts. Do I have to split the machine in half to replace the belts? the model number is 10301

At the shop we take off the belt cover . Belts are held in place by a tensioner . Use a large screw driver to release the tension and slip off the belts .
Other machines turn it on its nose and six bolts hold the cover to a belly pan. Change the belts and lube the chain and axle shafts .
