Snapper LT16 (unknown parts given with it)

Wondering if anyone can help. The snapper LT16 is now running and transmission runs and engine runs good. I have 2 parts given to me with it and I have no clue where they go. I looked at the service manual and parts manual and every spring I see seems to be there. I doubt its extra. Let me know if any of you recognize it.

If it matters I do have the optional snow blower with it but couldn't find a parts or service manual online for it. Maybe on that as well?

Provide us with the model and serial numbers off the unit and we might be able to find which accessories were used on that unit.
