Got my hands on a snapper Lt16, twin opposed 16hp (402437-0696-01). I have a governor spring here and a few others I found not attached. I am sure it's 209A on the schematic but the schematic doesn't show where it attaches on the under side of the carb itself. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you! I was wondering what the optional holes did as well! Do you by chance have a diagram for the other spring?

It's attached but unsure if it's correct.

If anyone else is curious as to where the other spring attaches. Here is a diagram I found. It's exactly where I assumed it went but this verifies it
