Snapper engine reviving

I cleaned my Snapper (281223BVE) carburetor and it idles ok but when l engage the blade the engine revives up and down.it seems it is starving for More fuel.Can the fuel filter or diameter of the fuel line matter.also could it be air lock and how to prevent it.12 hp 21A907 0124 E1

What 7394 is saying is that you can check dozens of different old threads on this same question. You are still running lean (not enough fuel, too much air).

Don't be alarmed that the clear fuel filter looks empty, most folks go that rabbit hole at least once.
While running, apply the choke partially, and see if it clears up.
