Simplicity 6216 variable spped trouble

Recently took a 6216 Simplicity in on a trade. 3 speed trans works fine but no variator. Need a diagram of the variator assembly to see if Im missing a part or ??

G Morn Frog. New member on the site. I just bought a Simplicity 6211,which has the same frame. To answer your question I went on I think it was Simple Tractors.com. I have a complete parts manuel if your interested. Let me know.

No Variator? Is it gone or just froze up? I have 2 6216's. One is stuck in the low speed range and one works fine. I haven't really tried to get it working, but would like to. It could be just a matter of lubrication, or getting it unstuck and lubing it. Has anyone else had this problem? My JD 112 is also stuck, though in the high speed range. If yours is truly missing, has it been replaced with a solid pulley? That would be interesting! I'm sure yours is just stuck and probably can be freed up with a bit of work and some penetrating oil. I should take my own advice and work on my own variator pulleys. LOL
