simpilicty electric clutch what stops it from spinning around and tearing off wires

I cant find mounting place to stop clutch from spinning around and tearing wires

Without model numbers and such all I can do is show you a picture of mine. Red arrow to show the connection.

Clutch retainer is possibly hanging loose or has fallen off in yard along with mount bolt & washer.
