Hey guys, I am looking at buying a new chainsaw, and came across this store: Chain Saws Direct | Your Online Chainsaw Superstore. Does anybody have experience with them, i.e. shipping, customer service, etc.? Any comments are appreciated.

A few things to keep in mind are...

-You can't ship it back once there has been gas run through it. :frown: (Return Policy @ Power Equipment Direct.com - Your Online Power Equipment Direct Superstore)
-Will there be a cost for shipping?
-What will you do if there is something missing/broken?

WELCOME to these Forums....
Just looked at that site... Like lmf said they are a part of another "Direct" site.
But for a comparison I picked a chainsaw from their listing, I put in in a Google search and 4 out of 5 top returns with the Same exact saw all were 10 percent or more Less $ plus free shipping... So if you are shopping that site just for a better price, check Google first. :smile:KennyV

The OP and the site are both in Illinois?
