Shift Linkage Info Needed

Hi guys, I have a gs6500 (model # 917.276911) I had the mounting bolts for the transaxle back out and in the process, brake the shift rod linkage that mounts to the transaxle. The rod is maybe 4" with two swivel joints at the ends (Im going to attempt to attach a pic) I can not find this part anywhere, does anyone have any ideas? If so I would appreciate it, thanks in advance.

I have looked through parts direct, ereplacement parts etc.. and can't find it, unless Im missing it somewhere

Either it is not shown or is sold as an assembly along with the lever that bolts onto the box

Appears to be item 93 on the ground drive diagram. Part number 197295 which is NLA and was superceded to 583237701 which is also NLA.

First check out your local shops for an used part.

But you may have to make up your own using spherical rod ends and hydraulic press for the bends. Which ones depends the size of the rod. And you may have resize the mounting holes as the threaded ends usually the same the rod size. But you use the larger ones withe bushings, screws, and nylon lock nuts or center lock nuts.
