My open trailer broke down and I rented an enclosed one. I really like it.

I've been thinking about buying an enclosed trailer. I would be having two trailers. Is this overkill?

The enclosed I could use for lawn care related stuff. The open one can be for backup, leaf cleanups, brush cleanup, mulch and dirt jobs. Since the suspension is broken on it, I thought that I could put better blades on it to take more of a load. Having an enclosed trailer will also give me more room in my shop. Cheaper than getting a bigger one.

How does my idea sound?

Sounds good to me as long as you can lock up the enclosed trailer in a safe place. It would keep your stuff out of the weather and pre-loaded.

I have a 16' V nose enclosed and I would never go back to an open trailer for my equipment. I carry two zero turns, all of my blowers, all of my weedeaters, hedge trimmers three 5 gallon cans of gas, and a Toro Time Master in it. Plus other stuff. It is the only way to go. Keep stuff locked up and out of the weather........ I honestly would hate to operate any other way.

Yeah, since I rented that enclosed trailer, I fell in love with it. It gets a little annoying to pull out the machines from the trailer into the shop when they forecast rain.
